Nexus Storage Hub: Integrated MIS 5.1 & Multi-Category System (
Author: Nikita jes
This high-performance centralized storage system combines efficient mechanisms from the technical Minecraft community into one integrated, automated facility. Designed to handle large volumes of items, it requires minimal supervision. ## Key Features - Flexible Input: Accepts both loose items and shulker boxes, with an initial filter that separates stackable and non-stackable items. - Non-Stackable Sorting: Sorts items into dedicated categories, including potions, books, music discs, armor, and tools. Armor sorting uses armor stands and includes an automatic arrow refill system. - MIS 5.1 Storage: Features 25 Multi-Item Sorting modules organized into logical categories, such as redstone, building blocks, and food. The final module is left open for customization. - Protected Overflow: Includes 15 additional standard sorter modules and a double-filtering safety system designed to prevent item loss in the overflow stream. - Automation & Safety: FADER Clocks coordinate sorting and shulker filling to keep the MIS operating reliably. All items are automatically packed into shulker boxes and delivered to the final collection area. - Chunk Loading: Red concrete marks the exact locations for chunk-loading portals, allowing the facility to remain active regardless of the player’s location. ## Credits & Attribution I designed the overall layout, system integration, item elevators, and transport logistics. The core mechanisms—including MIS 5.1, non-stackable sorters, and shulker unloaders—were developed by creators in the technical Minecraft community. Full credit for these modules belongs to their original designers.
